Fish from Raja Ampat

Again, I couldn't find the specific name of this fish.

Try Enneapterygius tutuilae, Highhat Triplefin. There should be white bars behind the second and thrid dorsal fins, but they would be blocked in this photo.

I'd start looking at the triple fin species list mate.
They're damn hard to ID sometimes!
