Has anyone tried combining a Kraken 2500 or 2500 video light with strobe capability with a traditional strobe? Wondering if its possible to achieve the (near) equivalent of two strobes this way while having the possibility to do photo and video...

I can't say I've tried this yet (have my Kraken 5k loaned out right now so I can't test), but my initial thoughts are the strobe would very likely be a lot brighter. Hopefully I can get my 5k back and do a test for you (feel free to ping me in a few days).
