If you are using them with your RX100, the DS 160 will be bigger than your housing. They are also electrically triggered only unless you buy a fibre optic converter. It appears your housing doesn't have an option for a electrical bulkhead.
What are you hoping to achieve by upgrading? I would suggest going for INON Z-330 instead, it would be much more universal unit for future upgrades. If you stay with compacts maybe two INON S-2000, you could get two for less than the price of one DS-160.
