What are the dimensions of the plate? What material is it?

What is the distance between the center of the left horizontal slot and the right horizontal slot? 

What is the distance between the center of the top vertical slot and the bottom vertical slot? 

I have the plate stored at another location, It may take me a couple days to get the measurements.  I'll message you back once I have the info for you.
