Elements 3.0 Will Not Have A Useful RAW Converter

From another thread.

The RAW converter in Photoshop Elements 3.0 will NOT have the same functionality as that of Photoshop CS. Its core job (in Elements) is to be a converter.

I'm planning to post a document written by an internal Adobe employee that explains the differences.

You'll be able to find it on http://www.adobeevangelists.com HOPEFULLY tomorrow (Fri Oct 1)

The 3.0 RAW converter looks like a lot more than a converter to me. In fact, it has everything in it that I have used to date with the exception of control over color space which may not be a problem for me or most folks as I can convert to sRGB latter if needed.
