Hello everyone.
My wife and I are heading to Costa Rica for 2 weeks in February. It seems that along the Pacific coast there are a lot of fishing charters offering billfish outings. Does anyone know if there are any operators that would take you snorkeling/diving with billfish, similar to Mexico. Thanks.
