Wet lenses use with M.Zuiko 14-42IIR vs 14-42EZ Pancake

What are the differences for underwater use with wet lenses between M.ZUIKO 14‑42 IIR vs M.ZUIKO 14‑42mm EZ PANCAKE...? 

Everyone recommends me 14-42EZ Pancake but I don't understand the differences. The Nauticam ports system are similar only the lenght is different, no wheels, no optical zoom gear....

Don't use either!!!

I would choose a higher quality lens, even if it is fixed focus. 25mm 1.8. Also, the "nodal" point of the port lens is critical. Ask Nauticam.

No no prime lenses it defeats the purpose

There are several lenses in that space and they are all on the cheap side the best on is the Panasonic 14-42 MKII
