Maldives in November

My wife and me are thinking on diving vacation in the Maldives, we are thinking about liveaboard for 5 days and more 4-5 days on shore.

Any recommendations for liveaboards and especially a resort with good facilities and good diving opportunities from there (my wife can seat 5 days on the beach - I can't)?

I can't give you any first hand reports before november but we are booked for 14 Days on the MS Stingray in December (6-20th). It got pretty good ratings in several Internet Forums.

I heard in November you have still a good chance of rainy Weather (Monsoon) which can be good on the other side for Big Fish encounters. Main Season on the Maledives is January to April.

We both (my girlfriend and I) can't sit on the beach five days. I also prefer a solid boat where no sand can get in my Equipment ;-)
