Removable sturdy black plastic handle fits the hand nicely, unknown make. The mount is YS style, the bolt hole is 8 mm, 5/16" diam.

Could be a FixEye focus light light hand grip?

Useful suggestion, I will go to my local shop, Blue Water, once social visits are restored, to check with them. It should fit a device with a YS female mount. The YS mount on a Sea&Sea strobe almost accepts this handle, but not quite by a couple of mm, it would require some reshaping. Maybe the YS mount on a light as you suggest, that makes good sense.
