Does anyone know if the Olympus lens gears will work with the Nauticam housings?

Given the housing is made for your specific camera, it will. Nauticam has been in the M 4/3 market for a long time. It handles other 4/3 lenses as well.

Some gears work with both brands. But it dependes on the oly housing line.

I doubt it, they have different teeth count and dimensions.
