Settings for Olympus 5050 required urgently

I haven't used my Olympus 5050 camera for underwater since last year, and have lost the settings I was using for My Modes. I had used some that were posted by lionfish last year but cannot locate them and I can't remember them. The batteries had gone dead so I think the settings were lost.

I am leaving next weekend on a trip so need some quickly. The camera was new last year so I have not had much practice with it underwater.

Thanks for the quick reply. I had actually reviewed that site. I do not have a strobe, and only 1 of thoses settings is for internal strobe only. I was hoping for some more options.
