Thanks for the kind words! I appreciate you taking the time to look and give me your opinions.
To Sieg: I love Gallery - there were a few growing pains getting it set up and customized, but when it's all said and done it is a great program, and the best one out there that I have seen.
To Karl: I use filters and strobes. Just depends on the ambient light and the subject. I am still learning, so I do alot of "experiments". I have a red filter for my ikelite housing, and I have double DS-125 strobes. I take several shots of a subject (if the current isn't too bad) using different combinations. Having digital is great because I can immediately see what works and what doesn't.
I'm not a purist when it comes to underwater photography. I am an artist, so I tend to look for artistic shots that appeal to me personally, and I like dramatic images. They don't always turn out 100%, but I enjoy the finished product anyway.
The crocodile was a neat find! He was hanging out right behind the Hotel Cozumel in about 12 feet of water. The dive shop was very surprised when I told them, they said they rarely see them in Cozumel, but they are all over the mainland. The silly snorkelers started harrassing him when he surfaced, so he took off at that point. We didn't see him again....
