Backscatter M52 Wet WA vs Fantasea-AOI UWL-400F

  1.

For use with a TG6 in an Olympus PT059 housing, any advantage of one over the other? Will I get the full 160 degrees of the AOI in this setup? Image quality? I cam buy the AOI locally new for $400 so that would save me a few dollars. Also what is the difference between the UWL-400 ans UWL-04?

  2. The differences are just what is in the specs as fas as I know, the UWL-04 gets a 160° field from a 28mm lens which means you would need to zoom in a little of the TG-6 to prevent vignetting.  The UWL 400 gets a 120° field from a 25mm lens.  As far as I can tell the Backscatter lens is a re-branded AOI-400 so should be exactly the same lens and results.
