Help Finding a Ball Adaptor

Struggling to find a particular ball adaptor to purchase online.

Anyone know where I may be able to get one or two of these please?

Looks like I'd need the screws to be 1/4" (according to Aquatica AD80 manual).

It was not the same product, but the distance between the screws of the aquatica housing handle was wide, making it impossible to mount the inon lanyard adapter.

I would go for something more like the ULCS part
