Canon R5 vs Sony A1 vs Sony a7siii vs Panasonic lumix s1h. what do you guys think the best all round camera is for a shooter that prioritises underwater video but also needs the capabilities of good still imagery with good autofocus. Any new suggestions is appreciated. thanks.

A wide open question. Generally it is best not to start with the camera body, but rather look at the the type of shooting you will be doing - is it macro/wide angle/fast action etc and work backwards from the available UW suitable lenses and port combinations. Most wide angles will autofocus very well on just about any system, it's only when you move into macro or perhaps fast action in low light that you start to stress the AF system for example. All of the cameras listed are very capable and have a range of strengths and weaknesses so looking at it from a total system standpoint is the best way to work out your options.

very wide question but i was wondering really best for every type of shooting as personally I shoot from super macro to wide split shots and currently shoot on a c200 for video so i was looking for something with the video capability's of my current system but also the option of shooting some great stills. I know the s1h and s5 aren't really talked about much but wondering if this is even a competitor against the r5 and a1 and siii systems.

Again it depends - for example would you be interested in using the WACP or WWL? - this will narrow down options that will work. The Panasonics aren't talked about much probably for a number of reasons, probably mostly limited UW suitable lens selection, but also I recall hearing the AF is not that flash.
The C200 being a dedicated video cam, probably has a lot of features that may not be done as well on mirrorless bodies. It may also be worth posting on the video to forum to see if you would be happy shooting video with them having come from the C200. Or you may already have a handle on that aspect?
Do you have lenses and domes you would like to re-use in the new system? In which would require a stronger argument to switch away from them perhaps. I think for stills the r5 and the Sony options are really very close in quality unless you are really stretching the limits of the system with big prints. For me I think I would look at which satisfies your video requirements first and then see what you need to purchase in each system to get stills under control.
For example on macro the Sony 90 is a nice lens but AF is a little sluggish, Canon have new 100mm macro lens out which reaches 1.4x magnification by itself - which seems like a nicer option if you can take advantage of it. No field reports I've seen yet as it is pretty new so not sure AF compares but I would guess at least up to 1x would be better than the Sony lens, but that's just a guess - be good to get some specific experience on it.
