I think we need to be very wary about this
They are sort of back...
Vaccinated tourists to Indonesia are required to do 5 days of quarantine. Some resorts and boats are offering this BUT, these are the requirements for anyone wanting to do so:
The implementation of individual quarantine as referred to in number 5 and 6 must fulfill all of these requirements:
a) Provided with one bedroom and one bathroom for each individual conducting international travel;
b) Able to minimize physical contact during food distribution or food consumption;
c) Able to avoid physical contact with other international traveler conducting individual quarantine or any other individual;
d) Monitored by quarantine officers which are obliged to submit their daily quarantine monitoring report to Harbor Health Office (KKP) in their area; and
e) Conducting second RT-PCR test on the 9th day of quarantine and are obliged to report the result to Harbor Health Office (KKP) in their area.
The bold type is added by me for emphasis.
Although these requirements are theoretically possible on a liveaboard, it will be very difficult to do so. The source for these rule is here:

I would suggest that it is somewhat irresponsible for commercial organizations like Bluewater to be suggesting that liveaboard diving is currently possible in Indonesia. Although it may be possible, as outlined above, there are some very specific requirements that make it "nearly" impossible to do so.
I have heard rumors that the requirements may be changed, and once they do, you can be sure that Wetpixel will be making sure people know!
Well said Adam, I'm personally trying to venture to Dumaguete next month from USA and find good old "misinformation" prevalent.
Please look at the website for Lembeh Resort.
They say they have permission for "in house quarantine"
You must arrive by Singapore Airlines.
I had reservation at a different resort at Lembeh when this
started and I am hoping to get there this year
