Unfortunately I drowned a TG-5 and replaced it with a TG-6. I had great results from the TG-5 but my 6 introduces cloudiness into the top one third of my photos. I assume it is something on the sensor - this happened since the day I took it out of the box both above and below water. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

I have a new TG-6 and don’t have this issue at all. Can you see anything in the lens?

No I can't - pretty sure it's the sensor.

Send it in to an Olympus repair center. That’s not normal.
