This looks like another outstanding Nauticam housing for a great APS-C camera at the price point.
I am sure a new N-100 port chart for the RF-S lenses will be coming soon and a good chance the 18-45 may work with the WWL-1.
This camera is fast, has the 1/320th sync speed, 32.5MP and more for $1500.00 I suspect it will do well.

I was looking a few weeks ago to see if this would get housed - ended up with an A1 as I needed it before a trip to Guadalupe (that now looks like getting cancelled!)
If it can be used with the WWL-1 I think it has huge potential

Which housing are you talking about for the WWL-1 the A-1 housing or the R7 housing?

I’ve got the A1 with wwl-1 Phil, just thought it would be a killer combo with an r7

Got it, which A1 housing did you get?

Went with the nauticam in the end as I was happier putting all the pieces together seamlessly.
If I knew the Guadalupe trip was likely to have fallen through I’d have come to Florida instead and had your gear [emoji85]!

In the compatibility chart of the new Nauticam WACP-C compact conversion lens we can see that it is compatible with the Canon RF-S 18-45 mm f4.5-6.3 IS STM lens. Only we need to know if this lens is compatible with the Nauticam WWL-1 wet lens?

I would expect it is given the 49mm filter thread (and the size of the lens entry pupil, which is quite a bit smaller than that). Someone just needs to find an appropriate-sized port.

Nauticam just released the port chart for N100 RF mount, it definitely will work with WWL-1.

Im really intrigued how this camera system will perform underwater. Specs are promising especially it has the same autofocus as R3 and decent 32MP!

The compatibility of the 18-45mm with both the WWL-1B, WACP-C and several closeup lenses like the CMC-1/2 is excellent.
According to the well respected PD Review the auto focus system is the same as the one in the less expensive R10 not the R3. It has subject recognition modes similar to the R3 but that is a completely different thing.
