May 2022. Found in Dauin at about 10/15m on a short wall. Only about 2 cm. in length. Perhaps slightly more. Second photo seems to show a small breathe hole???

You are right, both are closely related, and are Okynoe nudibranchs.
Your Aug 24 one is an Okynoe sp 1 "kylei", its pore is probably its anus; and this one is an Okynoe sp 7 "neridiae".
