Anyone purchased from underwaterdigital.net?

I would be interested in any feedback from anyone that has purchased from underwaterdigital.net. I am looking at buying an INON UWL-100 type 2 lense, but this site has been unresponses to my email inquiries / questions and their phone number goes to an individuals voice mail (didn't leave a message). This concerns me.

Also if you have other suggestions on recommended sites / locations to buy, please let me know.

I've bought a PT-010 and an UWL-300 from them. No problem. Allen, who runs the place, posts here frequently, and usually responses quickly to email. Maybe he's out diving.

Just ordered the UWL-100 type2 lense from underwaterdigital.net. Anyone know how long it takes to ship? I am in California.

When you order, it doesn't give you any idea what shipping method will be used and how long it will take to arrive.

Mine stuff was shipped FedEx supersaver. If you are concerned about shipping time, call Tuesday and ask. I got an E-mail stating that my order was shipped, including a tracking number. He uses one of those commercial PackWrap type places.

I believe this is a part-time business for Allen, so don't expect "instant" response. And if he took the weekend off like the rest of us....

That said, I got good service and recommend him. I did call in advance and make sure that the item was in stock.

Recheck Allans website. I think that under each item you should see a small in stock comment.

Last dive on September 1, Sunday: Vis. 10 meters, water temp. 25 degrees C, max. 32 meters for 30 minutes, wreck dive.

Heard back from Allen (he was out of town on business) and he is shipping the product this week. Looks like everything is good to go.
