Since I am primarily a stills photographer I really don’t have the time to get serious about shooting underwater video. Therefore, I am selling my Nauticam NA-C70 Underwater Housing made for Canon’s EOS C70 4K Video Camera. The housing is essentially new condition (been in the water only a couple times) and still looks as if it had just been pulled from the box for the very first time.
This housing comes complete with everything it comes normally package with:
- Canon SDK Control Board
- 25625 M16 Vacuum Valve II installed
- One spare 90222 Housing O-ring lubricant
- 2x Handles with mounting balls
- Monitor shade
- Panasonic CR-2032 Battery (for moisture alarm and vacuum system) installed
- Set of Allen Keys
- Padded Nauticam housing bag with shoulder strap
- O-ring lubricant
The housing also comes with a Sea & Sea NX Compact Macro Port Base with the Compact Macro Port S (35) front fitted. The port base has been refitted with a Nauticam Bayonet Ring (#21301) to make this Sea & Sea port fully compatible with all Nauticam housing with a N120 port mount system. The length of the port of as it is, perfectly accommodate Canon’s 85mm RF macro lens. To use with Canon’s 100mm RF macro lens with require a Nauticam N120 extension ring.
As a add on, I am including custom-built mounting plate that attaches to the underside of the housing. Made from Bluewater anodized aluminum camera housing base plate, the plate has two 6-inch double ball arm segments with standard size 1-inch ball heads to provide a four-way attachment point for four individual tripod legs for propping the housing in a more stable, elevated position for shooting. On its own, this mounting plate serves as a protective under carriage for the housing to rest on.
The pictures of this camera housing is exactly the condition it currently is in now.
I have this Housing currently listed on eBay for $4100 USD. My selling price here through wetpixel is $3600 USD which also covers shipping anywhere within the Continental US.
Note: the buyer will be responsible for all addition shipping costs that are generally incurred for international delivery.
