I now have an Olympus TG4 camera and it takes nice UW photos, and am wondering if it is worthwhile to upgrade

The biggest benefit of the TG-6 is the ability to do manual flash and also you don't need to go into microscope mode to get to minimum focus. The concern in microscope mode is a lot of functions are disabled, the new camera you can remain in Av and get to minimum focus. If that is beneficial to you then an upgrade may be worthwhile.
