nudi eating some kind of egg pouch

Need some help with the Nudi ID as well as what type of eggs are floating within this pouch.  There were a couple of these nudi's crawling on the pouch, sticking their mouths through it  or findings places where it was torn, to eat the eggs.  The egg pouch was a few inches across, sitting on the sandy bottom.  Tulamben, Bali.

this one really makes it look like a tiny squid?  I've never seen cephalopod eggs inside one large pouch like this.

the nudi looks like Favorinus mirabilis (according to iNaturalist observations).
