Pacific?

I have two weeks off in January and would like to plan a photography trip to somewhere in the Pacific, aside from Hawaii and Fiji.

What are the best places this time of year to shoot variety, from macro to pelagics to reef scenes?

I prefer diving shallow (less than 40 feet) to maximize my dive/shooting time throughout the day and was hoping to find a place where I can spend part of the time with organized dive groups (to see the popular, deeper spots) and the rest of the time doing more accessible, longer and shallower shore dives.
