DH2 - DX2 in Subal housing and TTL with SB-105

During boot last weekend I have short-tested a DH2 (DX2) in the new Subal housing for TTL with my SB-105 which did not work (as expected). However, in manual setting it worked fine and fired the strobe without changing anything in the setup. I am just waiting now on the new housing and the DX2.

Yep - I think you mean the Nikon D2x. Join the crowd of people waiting for the D2x...:-)

What did you think of the camera and housing combination?

Only Nikon's D100 refuses the play with UW strobes when connected via 5 pins. The D70 also works with the SB105 and others third party strobes. Although people with the D70 may choose to only connect 3 pins so that you can use the fast shutter speeds (greater that 1/500) and still get flash synch. The D2X/D2H are not capable of this feature.
