  1. UK-Germany MarkII Housing

I was just checking out Uwe's site and I see that they are now offering a housing for the Canon MkII series cameras:

I hope he doesn't mind if I hotlink a few pix from www.uk-germany.com

It's nice to see another housing in the mix, besides Subal and Seacam.

    Cheers

You forgot about EWA marine :( Digideep lists it as a possible housing for both of the Mark II cameras. :?

But then, can you imagine anyone actually diving with a $8000 camera in a $200 ziplock baggie??

  3. Nothing wrong with the EWA Marine for boat use and snorkelling. I'm going to be using one for my trips. The 1D series may be weather sealed but doesn't mean it won't leak. Sea water is one of those things you don't want inside your camera.

The only problem is the buttons are not easily accessed with the Ewa marine bag. But at least your camera won't drown.

  4. I think whitey uses EWA baggies for his 1DS!! :(;)
