Looking for Digital Camera

I am looking for advice on what digital camera to buy. I am interested in buying a digital camera that I can use on land as well as underwater. I only dive two or three times a year and I can not justify spending the thousands of dollars to equip my Canon Rebel for underwater photography. I am hoping that someone can lead me towards a quality setup that would allow me to take good quality digital photos. Your advice is greatly appreciated.

I am selling my olympus 304 set up. See this post:

If you are interested I can e-mail pics of equipment plus some photos that have been shot with this setup.
