Philippines 3/21-3/27

This is a long shot but... is anyone here going to be diving in the Philippines (Batangas, Anilao, Puerto Galera) between 3/21 and 3/27 and would be interested in having someone tag along with a photo rig? (preferrably someone local who knows the sites).

Doh. I'll actually be in Palawan at Club Noah from 3/28-4/3.

I hear Cebu is great diving. Hopefully you'll see some threshers and whale sharks
