Congratulations to Mike Oelrich for winning 2nd place in the SMY Ondina's second annual photo contest.
Mike's photo of an Urchin crab (Zebrida Adamsii) in a fire urchin was taken in Raja Ampat while he was diving with us on our City Seahorse Raja Ampat trip.
Amazing shot especially considering that this was the first real trip Mike had made with his newly housed Cannon 10D.
Our other dive buddy, Kirk Cantrell, on the same trip won 1st prize with his photo of a Giant Puffer with a 4 pilotfish escort.
The contest was open to all guest on SMY Ondina in 2004.
For information on this year's trips see our Raja Ampat trip page.
CONGRATS to both of our dive buddies..
