half half pictures from Polynesia

hi guys,

I'm back from french polynesia where we've made about 20 dives abnd spent a couple of hours in the laggon to shoot stingrays with the D70 and its 10.5 nikon

I love the sunburst and "expression" on the ray in raei2 - great capture! Did you use your strobes on these, or are they available light?

How did you like Tahiti ? I had the luck to be able to visit Tahiti twice for work, and

took a diving holiday in Rangiroa while I was there .... most impressive diving I

did so far !

I loved rangiroa , and made all my dives with Hugo , owner of the six passengers club.

All these pictures where taken without flashes , only with available light.

I spent 2*2 hours snorkeling to catch them, a great time .....

I also dived with 6 passengers, great crew .... I don't remember their names

though ... I don't think I dived with Hugo .... It was mostly a young guy, slim, red-hair.

Where did you stay in Rangi ? I stayed in a little pension, Chez Glorinne ... basic but

good food and much cheaper than the resort on the island .... no airco though
