Archival printers

  1. Looking for a great archival ink printer . Anyone have experience with them??I'd like one that makes oversize prints. Mark

  2. My understanding is that pretty much all the pro-level inkjets from HP and Epson are currently using archival inks with expected lifetimes of 75yrs+

What do you mean by oversize??

The HP DesignJet 130 is getting good reviews, uses archival inks, and does up to 23 x 63 inch prints.

I have no personal experience with this printer, but have had some images printed on one by our media resources people and the end result was very very good.

  3. Depending on what sizes you need printed, Epson 4000, 7000, 10000 series are some of the top of line printers.

Email epson and they will send you sample prints.
