I am so jealous of that one. I have not even seen a masked hamlet on Cayman since I have been shooting digital - let alone a pair mating! I think that your shot with the male with his mouth open is even better:

my babies .... maskeds are my favourites of all hamlets.

I haven't seen any in over a year .. I used to always find them in the same spots but the ones i knew have disappeared.

These I think, as I've seen so many could be something new, could this be a new Hamlet? I say yes as I've seen so many now, no hybrid I'm sure they are a true Hamlet;
