What will happen if I use two strobes with different colour temperature at the same time? Will I ever notice the difference? I’m thinking about maybe using my Subtronic Gamma together with a S&S YS-120.

I would think that if you use on as the primary and the other for "fill" lighting, you will be fine. THis will be great for Macro work.
If you use both to cover a large area, as in W/A shots, you may see a difference on each side. Even that may not be terribly noticable... I would give it a try.
