Just got back from day trip and got flood in viewing port between rear port and pick up lens but no droplet get in my housing after fews hours droplet gone but still have some moisture in viewing port . Anyone have been open viewing port yourself ? I think if I can open it and clean the o-ring it should be OK ! I try to contact Nexus on www.anthis.co.jp But cannot find any answer(you're right no english version!!!)- 3Posts

I had the same thing (I am pretty sure) happen to me in April. I removed it, cleaned & lubed the o-rings (several times) and it still leaked. Once I got it home, I sent it to Marine Camera (Nexus' US repair facility). They in turn removed the viewfinder and sent it to Anthis Japan. Anthis sent a new one back, and Marine replaced it and sent the housing back to me after pressure testing it. No one ever told me what the problem was or if they ever found out what it was. Nexus'warranty did cover it.
FWIW, Marine told me they had never seen one leak before.
