I will be going toThailand, Pukhet and Phi-Phi in September, from the first to the 13th.
Does anyone has a dive shop to recomend? I tried to look in Lonely Planet and the internet and there is way too many of them to judge the good and the better.
Love to hear comments from you guys about the best dive areas and live aboards.
My plan is to spend along with my girlfriend four or five days in a live aboard from Pukhet and another four days in Phi Phi or Krabi area.
Places to stay?
Any information will be useful and very much appreciated.

september is not the best time to dive the similans and richelieu rock et al it will still be in rainy season. as far as i know, none of the liveaboards go out there at that time, in fact many of the nicer ones are in indonesia.
you will be able to dive towards phi phi but it will probably be mainly day trips, if not i think that you could get some trips to hin daeng (sp) area on a liveaboard.

No liveaboards function during Sept the rainiest month of the year in Phuket. You can get to Hin Daeng/Muang from Koh Lanta. I don't think the phi phi speed boats run anymore. But I'd check. You'd be limited to the local dive sites which are decent if anything.
