Has anyone had experience using Ewa-mrine flexible housings with DSLRs? I realize there would be a limitation with strobe placement, but are there other issues to consider? The price of their best housing seems reasonable at about $300, but are these things up to the task of taking a DSLR down to 100+ ft like their web site claims?

I'll preface this by saying I have absolutely no experience with these housings.
I would probably try their housings out with some of the low-end digitals, like an old 1 or 2 mp, or maybe find an old manual SLR film camera to try it out with.
That being said, the idea of taking a ~$2000 camera down 100 ft in a glorified plastic bag is terrifying to me. Interesting approach, and the price is attractive, but there's probably something to be said for "you get what you pay for".

I could never trust my expensive DSLR to a industrial Zip-Lock Bag. I might consider using one in the surf or when its raining, otherwise I’d save my money and buy a real housing.

Other divers on my last liveaboard used an Ewa Marine to take their Sony F505 with them.
But they limited themselves to 5 meters max. depth.
Only thing you could control was the shutter and the deeper you get the more the bag is squeezed. But the did take some lovely shots with that setup.
personallly I don't think I would put my expensive camera in such a housing and take it to 100ft.
