just a few words to tell you what happened to me last week:

I actually have 2 ikelite DS125: Last week i noticed that one of the very small screw holding the black plastic knob for power adjustement was a bit moving in it s hole, letting the knob having more space than before.

I opened it and saw that the plastic hole had been unlarged , so I had several doubt in th integrity of the speedlight

Big problem : i must participate to the UW photography french championship next week

So I emailed Ike desesperately on this forum , a few hours later I received an answer saying a brand new unit was shipped to france for me and I just had to return the damaged one after the championnship when i ll have more time.

Today I ve received fo free my brand new unit and I m happy do dive with it next week

So now I know what customer's service means

Please not again!, Its became so boring, every few days someone is coming with great praises to Ike & their customer's service.

Ike, can you screw up from time to time?

I could mention a time when Ikelite made a mistake, the problem is that they were so good about resolving it, and resolving it quickly, they still come out being praised....
