I attended the return to service reception for the Dive Boat Conception tonight. The boat looks beautiful.
The boat seems better than new. With many upgrades. I talked with Glenn who said they were lucky to be able to fix it as with the way the dive market is today he could never afford to build a new boat today.
Couldn't help but think how much money and hard work to return the Conception to from relatively modest damage. Especalliy when compared to the utter devistation on the Gulf Coast from Hurricane Katrina. I can't imagine how hard that will be to repair.
