I think Jim Abernethy's Scuba Adventures is the Wetpixel favorite. (JASA).
I also know that their trips are very popular and fill up well in advance. Might be worth checking though.
Cheers

1) Jim Abernathy
2) Easy Goin - Paradise Charters
3) Sea Fever
5) Sea Dragon
I've been on the Abernathy's boat and would recomend it. I know people who have been on the Easy Goin' and liked it.

There is a dolphin rehab in Cayos Cochinos in Honduras where the dolphins are in open sea and tend to follow the dive boats. The diving is crap but the bottlenose are cool.
Of course there are a few places in the world where more than 2000 dolphins congregate regularly and if you jump in with scuba, you go deaf from the clicking and communication, but what a way to go.
