Does anyone have experience with the Aquatica A5000 and SB105 strobe? How well does the TTL work? Has anyone used the 19mm Nikon lens with the wide-angle port?

The SB-105 should work fine in TTL mode. The A5000 has a pipe hole for the TTL sensor.
The wide angle port partially blocks the sensor, so TTL may not work correctly with the port attached. But you shouldn't be using TTL for wide angle work anyway.

Thank for the reply. Iwas more interested in the image quality with the 19mm than it's TTL capabilities, although it would be a nice feature if it did do TTL with the wide-angle. I'm new to digital photography but I'm a very experienced U/W film photographer and even though I base my wide-angle exposures on manual settings I still have my strobes set to TTL and if the ambiant light level is low I will use exposure compensation to power down the strobes and that will only work with TTL. Of coarse other methods, such as turning the strobes to a lower manual power setting will also work, but thats just the way I'm used to working it and it would be nice to be able to continue doing it the same way.

Dave,
Very impressive results. Tremendous flexability to be able to do W/A and 1:1 macro with the same lens.

Thanks.
