The best internet camera store is http://www.bhphotovideo.com

The first time i searched to buy diopters I couldn't find any.
Many places, such as B&H, call them close-up filters rather than diopters.

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller...earch&Q=&ci=158
Try that link, on the home page they are under Filters (on the left side)
Then RoundThreaded, Bayonet Series Filters
Then Close-up Lenses in the left hand column
Hope that helps

Other folks have provided useful information on where to buy.
Most people find the Nikon 4T to offer the best performance/magnification on a 105. Riccardo Polini has an excellent page with working distance/reproduction ratios with various lenses. I'm not sure how a flat-port would affect these. If anything you'd probably have a little more room. Also, if you are using a APS sensor Nikon, you'll obviously get higher magnification.
I have used the 4T in conjunction with the 105 and found it excellent. Another popular choice is a Woody's diopter on the front of the port (more flexibility) or a 1.4TC behind the lens.
