  1. If you shoot all your footage at 50p, what do you set your timeline at ?
  2. I switched from 24p to 60p because I prefer the smoother motion of 60p for uw video. Curious if anyone is shooting 120p ?
  3. Oh, my mistake. A7rV. The low light and manual white balance capabilities are very good. No filter needed for manual white balance.
  4. Thanks. The diving was good and being on a liveaboard made it very easy/relaxing.
  5. 1st trip with a new rig. Sony A7 in a Nauticam housing. Have not shot or edited video in many years. Have to remember to keep the camera more steady and minimize my movement. Also took a little while to remember how to edit video. Not sure how to embed. Here is the link to the video on Vimeo. Chilling in Turks & Caicos Video
  6. I not sure I have enough decent footage to make a video. I was mainly getting used to my new setup and experimenting with settings.
  7. Hello Peter. This is Ron. My sister and I dove with you and Kelly in T&C. Nice to meet and dive with the 2 of you. Great video. Like your editing and smooth footage. I just joined here. Have to brush up on my shooting and editing skills. It has been a while.
  8. Hello. I am a warm water vacation diver from New York. I used to shoot underwater video back in the days of camcorders and video tape. Spent a few yrs with a compact camera shooting video and dabbling with photo. Just now getting back into uw video with a full frame mirrorless. Have to relearn all the skills of shooting underwater. Look forward to talking and learning from everyone here.
