  1. Thanks a lot for your review! Quite interested in this housing too. You mention "The control wheel isn’t operable underwater", Do you mean the wheel to the right of the display at the back of the camera? I use that to zoom in and out to check correct focus point / sharpness. But with custom buttons, I'll hopefully find a work around. Do you happen to know if there is any documentation online regarding strobe compatibility of the flash trigger? Curious to know how the unit would work with Inon strobes. And I'm a bit curious what that base plate adds to the system. Maybe it just helps the system achieve neutral buoyancy?
  2. Looks like AOI is going to add another Sony housing to their lineup. The A7C II to be exact! Strangely though, I can't find anything on the AOI own website, just found it on the Dutch dealer website. Onderwaterhuis BasisAOI UH-A7CII underwater housing for Sony A7C II60 Meters depth rated underwater housing for Sony A7C II Mirrorless camera with Sony FE28-60 f4-5.6 lens. The housing contains the new AX port system, is ergonomic and is supplied with a vacuum sys... Found it via a blog post added just today: https://www.uwcamerastore.com/blog/sony-a7c-ii-the-full-frame-powerhouse-that-fits-in-your-carry-on Looks slightly cheaper than Ikelite, and includes flash trigger, a vacuum system and a LCD hood. And looks like a neat little port is available when using the 28-60 kitlens. That kinda kept me away from the Ikelite option. Needless to say I'm quite excited! Hope they have it in stock soon 🀞
  3. As far I can tell you're primarily in the tropical parts of NL 🀩
  4. I already saw one Dutch flag in the intro's, here's another member. From the cold and grey part of NL, that is. Will be great if we can continue to share insights here!
