I remove the o rings. I use to store in plastic baggies and put them in the housing (along with spare o rings). I picked up a CD case/CD wallet and now use that to hold the o rings. Makes it easier for me than the plastic baggies. I label each sleeve and it is a easy check to make sure I did not forget to bring any with me.
Beware of someone to eager to strike a deal. Also, perform a reverse image search on the photos to see if they were pulled from somewhere else on the internet. Ask for a specific picture of the equipment (a picture of the inside of the dome port, inside of the battery compartment of the strobe and contacts on the cap, etc.) to at least ensure they actually have the piece of equipment.
Just signed up for the series and watched the first video on wide angle. There was alot of info packed into that hour, I am sure I will need to go back and watch a second time. I look forward to watching (and re-watching) the rest of the series.
I am sure getting the new website off the ground took a tremendous amount of time and effort on the parts of those involved. The results of that effort show through in both the ease of use of the site and the quality content. The work is appreciated, I am very happy to have found this site.
This year I finally gave in and had my mask fitted with perscription lenses (bifocals). Should have done this a while ago, got by with readers on the mask for a while, but they were never great. Having a true perscription made a world of difference. Went through my local dive shop who has an optometrist they work with. If I were to do it over I would have them make the reading part of the prescription a little bigger, not bad but would make it slightly easier to see the back of the camera.
