Hi All,
Just wanted to share in case anyone is still planning their 2025 trips or looking for a winter getaway. I'm headed to the Maldives in Feb 2025 and doing a Southern Sharks/Deep South trip. Starting with 3 nights in Fuvahmulah and then onto a 10 night liveaboard from Addu (most southern atoll) diving our way back to Male. If anyone is interested in joining our group. there are a few spots left. The trip does require that you have your AOW and at least 100 dives. We'll be diving in a lot of channels (with current- nothing scary but that's where the sharks/big stuff is) and using our reef hooks (also provided if you don't have one).
Here are some details:
📆 Dates: Feb 11-21, 2025 (liveaboard) Feb 8-11, 2025 Fuvahmulah
💵 Starts at $3995.00 per/person (Standard Rooms) - includes the flight down to GAN

We'll be on the lovely Carpe Novo vessel (pic below/attached). Happy to answer any questions about the trip!

I just got an M3 Pro as well (14in). I always max out the specs as much as I can everytime I upgrade since I try to keep them 4-5 years. I also upgraded from a 2020 MBP and there is a huge difference. So far I've only really used Lightroom with it but it's really fast! I too keep all my flies and LR library on an external HD.
Hi Mark!
Ah gotcha, sounds like a great plan to me! That’s awesome! We actually are doing a big Raja trip in 2026 but late March into early April! I don’t have it posted yet but can share when I do!
Kim 🙂
@Mark H Just catching this thread, and I'm not sure if you're flexible on your timing, but I have a group headed to Puerto Galera (we stay at Edgewater Resort and really like it) in late April/into early May 2025 (as we're combining it with a Palau liveaboard and the flights to Palau work well in/out of Manila).
Anyway if that interests you, I'm happy to pass on the details. Love the diving in Puerto Galera (and Philippines in general).
Kim 🙂
Where was your post 6 months ago! LOL. (I was hunting down the vaccum button for a friend, rebuilding my old a6300 set up and I kept my vacuum button for my a6600 set up). Ah well...
I might be interested in the CMC-2 though!
