  1. My new MFO-3 arrived recently and for the life of me, I cannot locate a serial number on it. I find that unusual in that Nauticam puts a serial number on just about everything they sell. There is what looks to be a serial number on the packing box, but not on the lens itself. Anyone else run into this issue?
  2. That's the only picture I took of it. I was most interested in getting a shot of the white rings on it.
  3. Shot was taken last month in Wakatobi. I think it's a Giant Moray, but all those white rings have me wondering. Never noticed them before on an eel. Can anyone make more of a positive id?
  4. I bought the Soft Lite XW back in February and have yet to use it underwater. My strobes are the Retra Pro Max and though I was told that the mount I bought would work, it doesn't fit the newer Retras. I was just informed by Bluewater Photo that Marelux has no timetable for making a mount for the Pro Max. Before I return the snoot and mount, I was wondering if Phil had any insight into when a mount might be available.
  5. Thanks, I'll give it a try.
  6. I was hoping to use either the Retra grease or Nauticam lubricant since I already have both of those. Don't want to carry around another tube if I can help it. Phil: Perhaps you can chime in?
  7. Price reduced to $300. This is the last piece of the system to sell. I need to empty my closet! Great setup for fish portraits and can double as a macro lens.
  8. I just purchased the Soft Lite XW and now realize that it did not come with any grease/lubricant for it. Any suggestion on a brand to use. I have some Retra grease and hope it's compatible with the Marelux.
  9. Two Retra Pro X strobes with Superchargers, front & rear bumpers. Purchased 5/22, used on about 50 dives. Trigger counts: 3694 and 3214. Latest firmware installed (3.15). Both strobes in excellent condition. One does have a small scratch on the front lens (Strobe3 photo below), which doesn't affect its performance at all. Retail price was $3,496, these are priced to sell at $1,500 for the package. Will ship for free within the US. I'm still a Retra fan. Bought some Pro Max strobes as replacements.
