We have taken down the GoFundMe site due to a simple lack of interest. The typical comment was that people supported the idea but were hesitant to get involved with issues touching on BIPOC communities. In many ways it is good to see people being more sensitive to these groups issues.

We had a great trip, truly amazing. Baja Expeditions a parter of Nautilus liveaboards runs a top notch operation. Not really a "dive video" mainly used the GoPro. We were early in the season and the whales seem to be showing up a little later than typical. First 3 days no calfs but then they started showing up. We fortunately had a whale that came to the panga for attention and it brought my wife to tears. The attached GoFundMe link will give you the details but in short; a local tribe, the Makah, want to take up hunting grey whales. We hope to raise funds to send at least two decision makers from the Makah to Mexico, San Ignacio Lagoon to see another side of the whales and possible eco-tourism options. Rather than just say "don't do that" maybe we can add a new element to a difficult subject. We hope you will review the link. As important as raising the funds is sharing the link is monumental also. Thanks all! Some excellent suggestions. This our first dive since covid. Just a chance to make sure the gear works and be in the water again.

Our favorite Coz dive op has closed down. Looking for a new one. Prefer smaller, familiar with photographers and will store dive gear. All suggestions welcome. Yes we know many don't want to deal with your wetsuit....

I actually "downsized" yrs ago from a Sony a7/Nauticam/Multi ports, etc, etc system to my beloved Sony RX100IV with the Nauticam bells and whistles. Plenty good for my uses and soooooooo much easier to travel with. https://aquabluedreams.com/#/page/my-digital-de-evolution/

Hello all! Long time diver and lover of underwater photography, the hobby out of control.
