Deeper dive realized that the first issue is it only goes down to f16, probably not dark enough for very sunny things and reduce depth of field.
I have a dream of a split shot of whales, maybe I'll just stick with a fisheye for it 16mm may not seem wide enough.
On this note, I haven't seen anyone talking about the Sony 14mm 1.8. Is that almost too wide for splits or does it have other issues??

I'm Scott, based out of Austin, Texas and I realized I never did this!
Current set up is:
Sony A1 in Nauticam housing with a Nikonos RS13 conversion, and occasionally using a WACP-C for wide angle and I basically never shoot macro.
Strobes currently using ikelites DS230!
