  1. This video depicts our captivating journey through Bali's diverse landscapes, both above and below the water's surface. It explores the vibrant Ubud, tranquil Munduk, renowned Tulamben, and the hidden gem Amed. Originally intended for friends and family, I've decided to share this experience with fellow scuba divers, showcasing how to seamlessly blend land adventures with underwater explorations. Please note that this is an HDR video and it is best to watch it on HDR-compatible TVs, monitors, tables or phones. Our Journey: Ubud: We stayed at The Kayan Resort, serving as a base to explore the region. Travel between Ubud and Munduk: We ventured into the scenic Jatiluwih Rice Terraces and the serene Ulun Danu Beratan Temple. Munduk: At Munduk Moding Plantation Resort, we immersed ourselves in nature, trekking to Munduk waterfalls, interacting with a local farmer's family, and indulging in a coffee plantation tour. Tulamben: Bali Dive Resort provided comfortable accommodations and an exceptional dive center. Tulamben's renowned muck and macro diving sites were a highlight. Amed: We enjoyed our stay at Puri Wirata Dive Resort. Amed is a popular destination for beginner and occasional scuba divers. However, it also boasts several excellent dive sites, including: Coral Gardens at the Japanese Wreck Bunutan Pyramids Wall Jemeluk Wall These four sites are best explored by boat. Additionally, Melasti is a renowned muck/macro dive site. I personally enjoyed exploring all five of these sites. Dive Insights:I'll be releasing a dedicated video showcasing the best Amed’s dive sites in detail, so you can visualize what to expect. For an enriching dive experience in Amed, I recommend exploring each site at least twice, allowing 4-7 days for a trip to Amed. 2. Thank you, Maria. We are going to RA again just after New Year. If you are looking for the next one, how about this one that I just published yesterday?
  3. What the products are more interesting to you? I am looking for a super macro diopter.
  4. Thank you for the comments! Please let me know if you need any advice regarding Raja Ampat. Many thanks, I am glad you liked it.
  5. Video "Dreaming Of Raja Ampat" is about a scuba diver’s lifelong dream of exploring Raja Ampat, the “Last Paradise on Earth,” becomes reality. While daydreaming amidst the winter chill, she's magically transported to this underwater wonderland. There, she swims alongside majestic manta rays, quirky wobbegong sharks, and vibrant coral reefs teeming with life. This adventure captures the beauty and wonder of this marine paradise. Most of footage in this video has been filmed in the Dampier Strait area, which is our favourite part of the Raja Ampat. A few clips were taken during our trips to the Misool area. 6. I would like to thank you Interceptor121, as he has many good points. I was trying to choose which lens to buy (WWL-1B or WACP-C), but Nauticam could not give me the answer. They told me that no comparative testing has been done, they just say the WACP-C has better optics. Considering that WACP-C is double the price of WWL-1B, I would really would like to see some numbers and results of the test. Thank you, Interceptor121 for your points.
  7. This is great idea! And thank you for the link!
  8. I am looking for that option as well. I saw some kind of flip lenses that I am investigating now.
  9. It is 720 g in water (as advised by SUPE).
  10. Have you done "real life" testing of this monitor? Could you please share your experience?
  11. Thanks for the information. Is the brightness acceptable?
  12. With my vision, a 7" would be a better option, but unfortunately they all come with 500 NIT. I have to see if a 5" monitor would be acceptable to me.
  13. Many thanks for your feedback! Maybe having spare cables is a good idea. Brightness is of concern for me as well.
  14. Thank you for your reply, useful information and recommendations. I see that my options are quite limited (and more expensive). Do you have a YouTube Channel, where I can see your videos shot on A1?
  15. It sounds right regarding the blackwater videos, but I do not have satisfactory experience with BW yet. I hope to have a better success with FX3 at 120 fps.
  16. Hi Ben, based on my experience with Sony PXW-Z90, autofocus works very well, but for macro I often switch to Manual. Thank you, Val
  17. Thank you! Thank you!
  18. Thank you! I appreciate your support!
  19. Thank you. I’ve already asked.
  20. Thank you for your review and great photos, from which it appears that Halmahera is not a fishy place. It is good to know.
  21. Hello, I am contemplating of buying a Weefine WED-7 External Monitor for underwater videography (my new camera will be Sony FX3). If anyone has this monitor, could you please share your experience? Many thanks!
