Hehehe, maybe we should start a new DIVER ID FORUM!

I know only one person that uses a combination of Subal and Subtronics, and that's Dr. Alex Mustard. If you post where and when it was taken we can be sure.

P.S.: Nice shot by the way.

I think Diver ID is much harder than critter ID as those pesky divers keep changing their appearance. I have a photo of the same subject, taken in the same waters, wearing very different attire (wetsuit, BC and fins), It can be very confusing.

To return the favour here is a shot I took on (probably) the same day featuring Kriptap:

Harassment! That squid is clearly harassing the diver.

Looking at that photo it would appear fair to say eric doesn't have to be the only one worried about having a too round head ....
you may also notice that the diver is not concerned about his d2x in subal housing and almost looks like its about to be dropped off over the wall ... amazingly though this is the only example i have ever seen of the diver in question actually chilling out on a dive and not permanently glued to the viewfinder.

nice shot by the way too

I think thats the third photo i have seen of him with different coloured split fins.....you think they are fish attraction devices or is he cery concerned with colour coordination?

Alex do you even have or have you had another colour of fins apart from blue ?

I can't believe I am answering this, but here goes.
I lost my old fins to Ivan. And hadn't actually bought a new pair by the time I visited Cayman in January. So I borrowed some yellow ones (super floppy twin jets):

Please note how colour coordinated my camera is.
Then by march I had bought a new pair of travel fins (blue and grey full foot twin speeds), which you can see at the top. Again look how colour coordinated my camera is!
Anyway these cheap (pool/snorkelling) fins were a stop gap purchase until the summer, when I could get some blue full foot twin jets. Scubapro UK don't sell full foot twin jets - so I had to wait until I was in Cayman to get them. You can see those in the picture attached below! Giles had my camera at this time to take this pic (but it was again colour coordinated).
Quite a saga, I know. But I hope it all makes sense, now!

:)And to top it all off....its those fancy yellow fins i saw in FINS magazine..
Just tell people they are shark attracting.
Seifert has tried that for years with that horrendous yellow suit of his!
